Important: Jusbedding does not ship to New York
We ship to all US states except New York. We also offer local delivery within the Milwaukee metropolitan area and pickup options at our New Berlin location.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom printed items, embroidered products, and team orders may require additional processing time:
Enjoy free standard ground shipping on orders over $75 (excluding custom items and team orders). Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States only.
Basketball hoops, batting cages, and other large equipment require special shipping arrangements. These items are shipped via freight carrier and may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Installation services are available for an additional fee.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website. Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes during peak seasons. We'll notify you of any significant delays.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at (262) 790-1170. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once shipped, contact the carrier directly to arrange delivery changes. Additional fees may apply for address changes or delivery attempts.
